The Waterfront DEI Council is committed to listening to the diverse voices within our community, reflecting on our behaviors, and working together towards sustained and measurable change so we can thrive together. Our curated programs address key areas for improvement, ensuring our goals are aligned with the most immediate needs of our communities.
The first step in being a supportive ally is taking time to reflect on our own experiences – where do our privileges lie? How does our experience differ from those of our community members, and how do these experiences impact our success at work? The Allyship Training Program provides individuals with the tools they need to answer hard questions, and to implement effective and actionable solutions.
